first of all football hits are scientifically proven to hurt more then a rugby hit. pads make it hurt more since the impact spreads throughout the whole chest area. read a book moron

i play football(soccer to you freaks) lol and i must say talking about the pad thing... wats the difference? I mean i know rugby players who bang heads, they just wrap it up and carry on... You americans jus use ur helmets and pads as an excuse to hide behind? Rugby playrs are real men =)
